Classification API

Classification is one of the core functionalities of the Agent Assist API. This feature allows you to process emails, conversations, or other text and categorize them into predefined labels.

How It Works

1. Create Labels: Define the categories you want to use. Labels can include a name and a description.
2. Add Examples: Provide sample text for each label to improve accuracy.
3. Classify Text: Submit text via the classification endpoint, and receive predictions.
